A Three Million Dollar Lesson.

If Super Bowl commercials have taught me anything, it's that watching horses fall in love does not make me want a beer.

I don't know about you, but I was sure salivating for a frosty mug of brew! (what is it about horses or talking frogs that make me want beer???)

Honestly, what kind of audience is Budweiser hoping to reach with these ads? The only viewers who might actually care about horse commercials are little girls and horses. Good luck trying to get either one of them to buy a round.

I don't want to eat Doritos, but I do want to throw a snowglobe at things. Is Doritos trying to make me hungry or get me arrested?

That's a good question to consider while snacking: Am I hungry or am I trying to get arrested?

Statistically speaking, U.S. crime rates have decreased since the 2006introduction of the Blazin' Buffalo & Ranch flavor. Is it possible that a tortilla chip packed with the bold, spicy taste of a chicken wing is responsible for lowering the number of arrests in America? Yes, of course. Anything's possible.

Then why the snowglobe ad? It seems counterintuitive to glorify property damage and assault when the facts suggest that Dorito chips have the power to reduce crime.

Is Doritos trying to create a craving or trying to get you into legal trouble? I have no idea. But people really do love groin jokes, huh?
